HACCP

HACCP stands for Hazard Analysis Critical  Control Points.
Loosely translated, this means: analysing critical points, concerning hygiene in particular, which demand extra attention. HACCP means food processing company's entire production process is covered for possible dangers to food safety. These dangers are highlighted in HACCP in order to control the risks which surround them.

HACCP guidelines

The plastic REA uses in its systems is easy to keep clean and does not corrode. Thus, REA's plastic storage systems are perfectly matched with the HACCP guidelines. If a food processing company adheres to the cleaning guidelines for the REA systems, the company will meet that part of the HACCP standards.
