REA's plastic racks are designed in compliance with HACCP guidelines for hygienic storage. This makes these plastic racks particularly well-suited to sectors where food safety is essential.
The racks fit together seamlessly, eliminating the possibility of bacteria or mould getting stuck between edges. The racks also have a smooth surface, so dirt and mould have no chance of sticking to them.

Can be assembled by one person
REA's plastic racks are easy to assemble by one person. In fact, it is child's play as no tools are required. Thanks to the mechanical joints, no screws or bolts are needed, which makes installation even easier.
Easy to clean
Soapy water is all that is needed to clean the plastic racks. A sponge or damp cloth is ideal for successfully wiping away dirt and keeping the racks in optimal condition. In order to maintain the highest quality, using a high-pressure washer is not recommended!

Storage environments can vary widely in temperature, from freezing cold stores to warm, sunny locations. The plastic racks from REA are specially designed to withstand extreme conditions. Thanks to their sturdy construction and high-grade materials, the racks can withstand temperatures from -40°C to +80°C, without cracking, deformation or loss of quality.

PVC parts of ‘virgin’ material are pressed together under high air pressure and oil pressure, which makes the base material incredibly strong. REA works exclusively with mechanical joints, for a number of reasons, creating an extremely strong frame that will last a lifetime.
