1. What options are available?
Shelf covers
Plastic shelf covers that are easy to install, available in white or grey, enable bottles and small products to be placed stably on the REA racks.
Underneath space
The standard size of the underneath space is 12 cm. Generally, 20 cm of underneath space is chosen, as it provides more space when cleaning. Adjustable feet are optional with underneath spaces of 20 cm or more.
Taller underneath spaces are available in 5 cm increments.
Premium adjustable feet
Adjustable feet offer the ability to stabilise the product on uneven surfaces.
They are suitable for use with an underneath clearance space of 20 cm or more. REA's premium adjustable feet are made of high-quality, non-slip material.
They can be slightly tilted, which helps maintain their stability and load-bearing capacity on sloping surfaces. Premium adjustable feet can be fastened to the floor.
Extension range: 40 mm.
* Premium adjustable feet can also be used under Gastro racks.
Standard adjustable feet
Standard adjustable feet enable the product to be placed stably on an uneven surface. They are suitable for use with an underneath clearance space of 20 cm or more.
Standard adjustment feet are made of plastic and have an extension range of 20 mm.
Mobile stainless steel
If required, this product can be supplied with swivel castors ( with or without brakes). The castor bracket is made of grade 304 stainless steel with a nylon wheel. Instead of a nylon wheel, a wheel with a streak-free and quiet rubber tread can also be chosen.
The load-bearing capacity per wheel is 125 kg. All wheels are lubricated with anti-freeze grease.
Mobile plastic
If required, this product can be supplied with swivel castors ( with or without brakes). The castor bracket is made from a tough plastic material. The wheels have a streak-free and quiet rubber tread.
The load-bearing capacity per wheel is 90 kg. All wheels are lubricated with anti-freeze grease.
Bumpers
Mobile products can be fitted with rubber bumpers as an optional extra. This protects walls and window frames. Bumpers do not leave any marks.
Spacing
The smallest spacing between the shelves that can be chosen is 15 cm. Taller spacings are available in 5 cm increments. Spacing does not have to be the same everywhere.
Guardrails
Guardrails prevent products from falling off the top shelf and are available in heights from 15 cm upwards. Guardrails also ensure that the (optional) shelf cover remains in place on the top shelf.
Info strip
Plastic info strips are supplied in strips of 100 cm and are easy to cut to size. The strip can easily be attached to the product with information about the stored products.
Wall bracket
REA's plastic wall brackets are used to secure the rack to the wall, e.g. for a moving wall on a ship or in a refrigerated container. Or when the rack is very narrow and therefore less stable. Although the racks can still be easily dismantled and reassembled.
Removable guardrail
The guardrail is installed between the supports at the front of the rack and protects the products on the shelves. Think of, for example, racks in trucks, refrigerated containers but also on ships.
