Crate Trolley
The 1x6 crate trolley, measuring 64 x 61 x 154 cm (wxdxh), is specially designed for easily moving 50 x 50 cm rinsing crates containing glassware. This trolley is indispensable in hospitality establishments such as restaurants, hotels and catering businesses, where large quantities of crockery need to be transported efficiently between the dishwashing kitchen and the storage area.
The design is hygienic, tough and will last a lifetime! This is particularly desirable for use in busy kitchens or other catering establishments. There is space for crates of different heights, which, by the way, are not a part of REA's range.
The manoeuvrable, high-grade wheels make it very smooth and light to transport items, even in tight spaces. In addition, the crate trolley is easy to clean, which prevents accumulation of dirt and bacteria. This is essential for food safety and compliance with HACCP guidelines. The BT-1x6 crate trolley eliminates all risks to ensure food-safe storage.

What options are available?
Mobile stainless steel
If required, this product can be supplied with swivel castors ( with or without brakes). The castor bracket is made of grade 304 stainless steel with a nylon wheel. Instead of a nylon wheel, a wheel with a streak-free and quiet rubber tread can also be chosen.
The load-bearing capacity per wheel is 125 kg. All wheels are lubricated with anti-freeze grease.
Mobile plastic
If required, this product can be supplied with swivel castors ( with or without brakes). The castor bracket is made from a tough plastic material. The wheels have a streak-free and quiet rubber tread.
The load-bearing capacity per wheel is 90 kg. All wheels are lubricated with anti-freeze grease.
Bumpers
Mobile products can be fitted with rubber bumpers as an optional extra. This protects walls and window frames. Bumpers do not leave any marks.
Demountable stopper rod
The demountable stop bar is a protective tube that can easily be fitted to the front of container and dish trolleys. The bins and trays cannot come out during transport.
